Kelly Vidovic
Consultant
Ms. Vidovic has a B.A. from the University of Texas at
Austin with a major in psychology and minor in
philosophy. She is fluent in Sign Language, and is an
expert in nonverbal communication. She has delivered her
signature workshop “Your Body Just Told Me What You
Didn’t Say!” to thousands of people nationwide.
Her background in six sigma, formal project management,
and mediation has helped her perform root-cause analysis
on issues to help teams and organizations develop
processes, procedures, and templates for conducting
business more efficiently and effectively. She has
helped brand several businesses, facilitated long-range
strategic planning, drafted detailed communication
plans, and has been an integral player in developing
statewide multimillion dollar requests for proposals and
global sales programs.
She consults with businesses, start-ups, non-profit
organizations, lobbyists, lawyers, and CxOs on a variety
of professional business issues and she has been a
political advisor and operative to local and statewide
politicians on both sides of the isle.
Ms. Vidovic is currently a member of the Texas-exes, the
Dispute Resolution Center, and the Project Management
Institute.
