Managed international real estate development and
manufacturing operations for the Brittemme Industrial
Center, a 34 acre subcontract assembly and light
manufacturing facility, located on the San Diego,
California- Mexico border in Tecate, Baja California,
Mexico.
Owner and Broker of Record of a Century 21 franchise
located in Denver, Colorado; managed commercial and
residential real estate brokerage operations of the
organization; provided leadership, supervision and
training to more that 35 sales and broker associates;
directed Colorado licensed private occupational college
offering real estate pre-licensing and brokerage
instruction; developed a Colorado State approved
curriculum and training program.
