Yum Fai Ng - Hutchison Whampoa
Logistics Division
Yum Fai works in Hong Kong for
the logistics division of Hutchison Whampoa focusing on
acquisitions and joint ventures in Greater China.
Past experience includes providing financial due
diligence, derivatives valuation, and accounting and
internal control advisory services to multinational
corporations, private equity firms and prominent law
firms while working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Financial
Advisory Services based in New York. In addition, Yum
Fai also previously worked for Lehman Brothers
Investment Banking in Hong Kong, where assignments
included the US listing of multiple Asian companies, the
debt restructuring of southeast-Asia firms, and merger
and acquisition advisory assignments.
Yum Fai is highly trained in the areas of finance and
accounting. He received his Bachelors and Masters in
Accounting from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. In addition, Yum Fai is a Certified Public
Accountant and has also been awarded the Chartered
Financial Analyst designation by the Association for
Investment Management and Research (www.aimr.org)
